We’re an award-winning general contractor holding both residential and commercial licenses focused on new construction, additions, and renovations. Chris Kornman, a third-generation homebuilder born and raised in New Orleans, is our fearless leader. Though we do perform some new construction, the bulk of our work is historic renovations, which provides the excitement of never building the same thing twice, the challenge of using creative problem-solving skills, and the reward of preserving New Orleans’ history and architecture.
We’re looking for highly organized Project Managers and Site Supervisors to oversee construction projects, with great leadership capacity to supervise labor throughout. Your main responsibilities will include:
● Adhering to the project schedule and budget in accordance with the plans
● Schedule and supervise all job site labor (including subcontractors)
● Requisition supplies and materials to complete projects
● Represent Entablature professionally as a liaison between company executives, staff, officials, partners, subcontractors, and clients
● Formulate reports concerning position responsibilities
● Maintain clean and safe job sites with rules and regulations being enforced
